Vivo is set to expand its X-series smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE today, May 6. The launch event will be streamed live on the company’s official YouTube channel. The announcement has generated strong anticipation, especially after Vivo’s promotional campaign highlighting the device’s advanced video capabilities. The company stated, “Phones cannot shoot cinematic films,” to which filmmaker Ajay Menon responded, “Challenge accepted,” confirming that a cinematic film was shot entirely on the Vivo X300 Ultra in Multifocal 4K 10-bit LOG format under the campaign theme #CreateLikeAPro.

The smartphone is expected to carry a triple rear camera setup with Zeiss tuning, comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel periscope zoom lens, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. A 50-megapixel front camera is also anticipated.

The device may be equipped with a 6,500 mAh battery supporting 90W fast charging. It is expected to be offered in three colour options: Noir Black, Urban Olive, and Lilac Purple.
